1.1. This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is an official offer from Kenjuhh Art to enter into a sale contract under the terms and conditions stated below.
1.2. This Agreement is public and is considered accepted by the user upon placing an order on the Website.
2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the artwork to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the artwork under the terms of this Agreement.
3.1. Orders are placed on the Website by adding selected artwork to the shopping cart and completing the order form.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information to complete the order.
4.1. Artwork prices are listed on the Website and may be changed by the Seller at any time.
4.2. Payment is made in accordance with the payment method selected on the Website (e.g., credit card, e-wallet, etc.).
5.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer within the time agreed upon with the Buyer after order placement.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return the artwork within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and retains its original condition.
